The airy, open tropical feel of Silver Lake extends into your villa, finished in bright pastels and warm colors consistent with the island decor. Each villa offers a spacious floor plan designed for relaxation.

Silver Lake features over 260 luxuriously appointed villas. The floor plans offer a variety of configurations and range in square footage from 735 to 1907 square feet of living space:

Two Bedroom Lock-Off Villa

The two-bedroom villa has 1,258 square feet of living space and is elegantly designed to comfortably sleep six. This villa combines a spacious master bedroom which features a Jacuzzi® bath; the deluxe guest bedroom features a full bathroom, a private sitting area with a partial kitchen and balcony. The fully appointed kitchen in the main villa features a granite counter top breakfast bar which is open to a large gracious dining area and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Televisions are provided in each room with a Plasma TV in the main living area of our newest buildings.

Three Bedroom Lock-Off Villa

Our spectacular three-bedroom villa has 1,858 square feet of living area and is elegantly designed to comfortably sleep ten. This villa is configured as a two bedroom villa with a one bedroom lock-off. You can choose the entire villa or either portion depending on how many points you want to spend. The three-bedroom villa has a gracious master bedroom with a king sized bed, a Jacuzzi® bath, private balcony and plenty of seating area. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed and private bath. The main living area features a fully appointed kitchen with a granite counter top breakfast bar, a spacious dining area and queen sleep sofa. The third bedroom is the lock-off portion of the villa and it offers a queen sized bed, full bath, a queen sized sleeper sofa, fully appointed kitchen and laundry facilities. There are numerous televisions with cable hookup, HBO and a Plasma TV in the main living area of our newest buildings.
